My goal is to satisfy every customer and I want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. I will be more than happy to make a piece of jewelry specifically how you want it. Almost all jewelry is made to order, so specify your ring size when placing your order. I can custom make any size up to 16, including 1/2 sizes. Please allow 2-3 business days to create your jewelry before it is shipped, although I try hard to ship it faster. If you need it sooner, just ask and I might be able to accommodate! e-mail your inquiries to odalyssardinasdesigns@gmail.com All e-mails will be reply to the same day you contact me, unless I’m on vacation. Shipping
All PAID purchases are shipped within 2-3 Business days. I ship First Class with confirmation and First Class international. I ship product(s) out Monday through Friday, 2-3 business days after payment has cleared or I have received your payment. If you would like to pay for a different shipping method please convey with me before purchasing item, and I would be happy to discuss the options with you, and add the extra amount to your invoice.
*All buyers please understand that once the package is sent it’s in the hands of the post office I will put confirmation on to track the item(s), but I will not be held responsible for lost item(s) that are the post offices fault. Delivery confirmation is included with both shipping choices, so I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my hands.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted for damaged or broken item(s) with prior email notification or conversations within 5 days of receiving the packages. All item(s) are sold as is. Please read the descriptions carefully and contact me with any questions before purchasing an item(s). If you receive your item(s) damaged or broken, I would be happy to reship the item(s) or refund the item(s) sale price, NOT including the shipping once you have sent the item(s) back to me at buyers cost. I will issue a credit to your paypal account after I receive the product(s) in their original conditions. I only refund up to one week period. Shipping fees are not refundable.
